International delivery

ROUSELOVE supports delivery to many countries worldwide. During checkout, you will see a list of countries we ship to. If the country of your shipping address is not included in the list, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices and/or customs issues.

The ETA of your package

ROUSELOVE will arrange shipment within 3-4 days after payment. And the ETA for Normal delivery is 7-12 days after shipment. 

Due to international delivery, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of your package. If there is a strict inspection by local customs, the ETA needs to be re-estimated. 

Parcel forwarding services

ROUSELOVE is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer a replacement or a refund.

Your delivery details

We are unable to change any shipping addresses. Please make sure your delivery address is up to date during checkout! We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally give us the wrong delivery address, contact number, or recipient name, we will be unable to refund your order. If you realise you’ve made a mistake before the order has been processed, please contact us straight away.

How can track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the website where you can track it.

Is ROUSELOVE packaging discreet?

We provide discreet delivery in boring brown boxes and envelopes so nobody knows what's inside. 

Which courier services do you use?

We work with a variety of trusted delivery partners and you will be notified which courier will deliver your parcel once you have placed your order and it has been dispatched

Can we choose a specific carrier?

Unfortunately, our shipping partner doesn’t allow us to choose which carrier will do the final delivery. They choose from a variety of carriers, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

Can l receive the goods at the specified time?

Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times at this time. Normally, the courier company will deliver the item to your address during working hours.

What if my order doesn't arrive when l expect it to?

You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us
